FINAL WEEKEND TO ORDER FABRIC FURNITURE AND SOFTGRAIN LEATHER FURNITURE FOR PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY.
PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY IS NO LONGER GUARANTEED ON NEW ORDERS FOR ANTIQUE, VINTAGE AND MILTON LEATHER FURNITURE.
CRUMLIN FACTORY SHOWROOM CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO NATIONAL LOCKDOWN IN WALES.
We are delighted to confirm that, having implemented new procedures to prevent the spread of Coronavirus at work, we have recommenced full production and deliveries.
Due to an unprecedented surge in demand since our return from lockdown we have had to extend our delivery timescale for new orders to approximately 8 weeks for fabric furniture and softgrain leather furniture, and 15 weeks for antique, milton and vintage leather furniture. New orders for antique, milton and vintage leather furniture will now be delivered in January/February 2021. New orders for fabric models and softgrain leather models will be delivered before Christmas.We are working through our customer backlog in chronological order and we would like to thank all our customers who have stuck with us through these difficult times and waited so patiently for the delivery of their new furniture. We appreciate that these timescales are significantly longer than normal due to the unprecedented demand for our sofas. All our sofas and chairs are hand made to order in the UK and this does take time. We are extremely grateful for your patience. As they say, 'good things come to those who wait'!
Our usual delivery procedures have been altered to safeguard both our delivery teams and our customers. Please see our website delivery page for more details on our new safety procedures. Please note, we are only able to offer curb side delivery to households in lockdown areas.
Unfortunately we have had to temporarily close our Crumlin factory showroom due to a national lockdown in Wales. The SofaSofa showroom will remain closed until after the lockdown ends on Monday 9th November. Hopefully we will be able to reopen thereafter. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note the lockdown does not affect our production or deliveries and our website and call centre remain open for business as usual.

Some of our usual response times will be a little slower than normal as we return to full operation and adapt to the ever changing conditions.
