FAQ's
Delivery
How long is delivery?
Our current delivery timescale is approximately 4-6 weeks for new fabric and 6-8 weeks for new leather furniture orders. All our sofas and chairs are hand made to order in the UK and this does take time. As they say, 'good things come to those who wait! If you need a faster delivery, please give us a call on 01495 244226 and we will try and accommodate you if possible. Alternatively, if, for example, you are decorating and don't want delivery for a few months we are happy to postpone your delivery for up to 12 weeks.
Do we have stock items for quick collection?
From time to time we also have several ex display or end of line products for sale at our showroom for immediate collection. Please contact our showroom on 01495 244226 for more information or check out our clearance page.
Do we dispose of existing furniture?
Unfortunately we don't offer a sofa disposal service but we do encourage all our customers to donate their old furniture to charity. Many charities such as the British Heart Foundation will happily collect furniture (in sellable condition) from you. If your furniture has seen better days, your local council will, in most instances collect and dispose of it. Find out more about how to dispose of your old sofa on our blog.
Will the delivery team leave my order in the garden if no one can be at home?
We really don't like leaving brand new furniture outdoors or in sheds/garages unattended. However, we understand that with busy lives it is sometimes difficult to be home for delivery. Provided we have your written authority to do so (an email will do) ,and you accept full liability for any consequential loss or damage, then we are happy to leave your new furniture wherever you wish.
Do we deliver abroad?
Our standard delivery service covers the UK mainland only, but we are happy to deliver to your shipping agent or haulier in any port on the UK mainland for onward shipment abroad.
Do we deliver on the weekend?
Sorry, we are not able to offer our bespoke weekend delivery service at the moment.

What finance options do we offer?
We offer two finance options and both are available with a minimum spend of £600. Our Buy Now Pay Later Finance option allows you to spread the cost of your new sofa over 48 months after a 6 month deferral period. You may repay the cost within the 6 month deferral period without incurring any interest charges provided you pay a settlement fee of £29. Otherwise you repay the cost over a further 48 months at an interest rate of 18.9% per annum ( APR Representative 18.9%) fixed from start of agreement. Sofa Maintenance
What's included with an extra loose cover?
A new set of loose covers includes the main body cover, the seat and back covers.
How to wash & dry the removable covers?
If you purchased one of our gorgeous loose cover sofas, we recommend washing your washable loose covers at 30 degrees to ensure a long life for your sofa covers and to help save the environment. Use a non-biological powder with no optical brighteners or bleaching agents as these can prematurely wash the colour from the covers. Try to wash your covers as a set to avoid shade variation and line dry rather than tumble dry.
How to clean fixed cover suites?
Our fixed upholstery fabrics are made from many different materials so we advise seeking professional help from a professional cleaning service if you need to deep clean your sofa. All fabrics will benefit from regular vacuuming with the soft brush attachment of your hoover. It is important not to spot clean or use any abrasive cleaning equipment when cleaning your sofa. A soft brush will usually do the trick but if more in depth cleaning is required please contact a professional cleaner.
How do I clean my leather furniture?
A soft damp cloth will take care of most cleaning tasks but take care not to soak the leather as this could cause a water mark to remain. Wipe away any staining with a soft damp cloth making sure you do not scrub the surface. Regular dusting and vacuuming is very important to prevent a build up of dust. Some leathers benefit from occasional conditioning with leather protection cream.
